winocean is group company , the new energy branch company was founded in 2005 by Dr Liu Jinzhou , an expert of the National People's Plan. It has nearly 15 years'experience in the research and development of perfluorinated ion exchange membranes. winocean has won a series of honors, such as national high-tech enterprises, small and medium-sized science and technology enterprises, private science and technology enterprises , science and technology awards , national key new products, gold awards in international invention patent exhibition, etc.

WINOCEAN  has also undertaken many important governmentprojects, such as the Innovation Fund for SMEs of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the transformation of major scientific and technological achievements , the Science and Technology Support Plan , the Key Research and Development Plan .

WINOCEAN  participated in drafting a number of product industry standards. The R&D center has obtained several innovative carriers at or above the provincial level, such as China Key Laboratory of Two-dimensional Materials and  Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base.

Technology and innovation are the driving force of enterprise development. we has established five laboratories for material selection and evaluation, membrane liquid preparation, membrane preparation, membrane performance testing and membrane application testing. For a long time, it has carried out technical cooperation with Qinghua University, Beijing University of Chemical Technology, Nanjing University and other universities. It has set up a global information department in an effort to synchronize with the latest membrane preparation technology in the world.

In 2010 , we expand our new business to new energy rely on our own membranes  , one is the PEM electorylyzer for Making H2 , the other is the Hydrogen fuel cell . both are leading in china .
